AI USE POLICY

ArtSecure may use artificial intelligence tools in a limited and supervised way to support efficiency and client service, including for administrative intake, document summarisation, research support, and first-pass drafting.

AI tools assist our lawyers; they do not replace legal judgment, professional responsibility, or client-specific legal advice. All legal analysis, strategy, risk assessment, and final work product are carried out by a qualified lawyer, who remains responsible for the advice provided to the client.

We do not rely on AI to provide unsupervised legal advice. We use technology carefully and subject to appropriate safeguards relating to confidentiality, data protection, accuracy, and professional obligations, and we restrict its use where matters require heightened sensitivity or bespoke judgment.
